This frame isn't like typical frames with a back to hold your picture in place. These frames require that you glue the photo to the back in order to display your snapshot. They are a lot of fun, with stars, birds, bees, and other objects attatched or hanging by wire to the main part of the frame. These come in frogs, bears, dogs, cats and a few other designs.

The frames come as two pieces, connecting by a slot in the back of each. After painting, each half is then sanded to be sure that the two pieces will fit together easilly once in your hands.

The flower and frog were painted with a blending tecnique that adds more life to the wood they are carvd from. After the basecoat and blends were painted on, the smaller details and highlights were added, then the entire frame was covered in a coat of finish. When all was dry, wiggle eyes were added to our smiling frog to add character.
